How viewing feedback works and where you can review it
30 minutes after the viewing ends, the renter will receive an automated email inviting them to make an offer or leave feedback on the viewing.
From the Viewings tab of their Letting Centre, they will see an option t0 Leave Feedback. They can select if they are interested in the property and provide more detail about what would have made them more interested, or to categorise their level of interest.
If the renter leaves feedback, you will receive an email to notify you that feedback has been provided. You can review the feedback from the Viewings page, by expanding the block that has taken place and clicking View Feedback.
