Register with us and create your first property
1. To start using Hello Neighbour to advertise and let your property, you'll need to register for an account with us. Go to our Landlord Sign Up page and fill in your email address and a password.
2. Once you click 'Let's go!' you'll be taken directly into the Dashboard of your account.
3. Click Get started and you'll see a pop-up that takes you through a few steps to set up your first property.
a. Choose your category and specific property type
b. Search for your address or complete it manually
c. Select your advertising & letting plan - if you aren't sure what is right for you, check out the Letting page of our website
d. Unless you've chosen Get Listed, you can choose a Property Management plan or skip selection if it's not for you - if you need help to decide, check out the Property Management page of our website - if you upgrade to Get Rented later, you'll have the chance to add Property Management then.
5. Click 'Create' and you'll be taken straight to Advert Builder. If you've chosen Get Rented Pro, our team will take it from here. If you've chosen Get Listed or Get Rented, the fee has been added to the basket. You only need to pay that before publishing your advert. Get going on building your property advert as soon as you like!
