How to delete viewings

If you decide you can't make one of the blocks that you have set up, you can delete the whole batch by clicking the 3 dots to the right of the block, and selecting Delete.

You'll see a pop-up asking you to select a reason for cancelling the viewing block.

Once you select a reason and click Send, the renter will receive an email notification that the viewing has been cancelled, with the reason you selected. 

If you need to delete individual slots rather than the whole block, you will need to contact your Lettings Expert to request this. If the slot you want to delete has a booking already, make sure you have let the renter know that you are cancelling their viewing before requesting that your Lettings Expert deletes the slot.

If the renter cancels the viewing from their account, you will receive an email to let you know.
