How to delete whole viewing blocks and individual viewings

How to delete a whole block
If you decide you can't make one of the blocks that you have set up, you can delete the whole batch by clicking the 3 dots to the right of the block, and selecting Delete.

You'll see a pop-up asking you to select a reason for cancelling the viewing block.

Once you select a reason and click Send, the renter will receive an email notification that the viewing has been cancelled, with the reason you selected.
How to delete an individual viewing
To delete an individual viewing slot, click the Delete or Cancel button on the slot you would like to delete.

If someone is booked into that slot, you'll need to select a reason for cancelling it. If you choose 'Scheduling conflict', you'll also have to decide if you want the timeslot to be removed altogether, or whether to leave it open.

For all other cancellation reasons, we will leave the slot open for others by default. Once you hit Save & Send, we'll email the renter to let them know their booking has been cancelled and the reason. If you have chosen 'Scheduling conflict' and deleted the slot altogether, we'll invite them to arrange a new viewing.
To delete a timeslot that has no bookings, simply click the Delete button and that slot will no longer be available for renters to select.
If the renter cancels the viewing from their account, you will receive an email to let you know.
