How to change the details of who is conducting the viewing
If you need to change any details about who is conducting the viewing, you can update them by clicking the Edit button on the card for the viewing block you want to update.
If you need to change host details after the property is published, you can click the 3 dots next to the block, and selecting Change host.
From either place, the host pop-up will be displayed, allowing you to edit any of the fields to update details. If 'Me' is selected as conducting the viewing and you need to change anything, you'll need to switch to 'Someone else' so that the fields are editable. If your details have updated, update them in your profile.
Once you have saved changes, any renters booked in to viewings during that block will receive an email with the change of details.
You cannot update the host on an individual viewing, the host applies to all slots in that block.
