How renters manage their viewings

As part of the book a viewing process, the renter will create a password so we can set them up with their own account. Any property they have requested a viewing for will be shortlisted in their account.

From here they can cancel or change a pending request or booked viewing. They just click Manage Viewing from the shortlisted property.

If they cancel or request to reschedule a booked viewing, you'll get an email confirming the cancellation and, for a request to reschedule, another for the new viewing request.

If they cancel a pending request, you won't receive an email; you'll just see the status of the request as 'Cancelled' in your viewing requests grid.

If they change their availability on a pending request, you will receive one email to let you know the request has changed, and when you look at the viewing requests grid, you'll only see the details of their latest request.
