How renters manage their viewings

As part of the book a viewing process, the renter will create a password so we can set them up with their own account. Any property they have booked a viewing for will be shortlisted in their account.

From here they can cancel or change the time of that viewing (if other slots remain available). They just click Manage Viewing from the shortlisted property.

If they cancel or reschedule, you'll get an email confirming the cancellation and another with the updated viewing details if they’ve changed the time.
