How to add more viewings after the property is published
On the Viewings page, click Add Block in the top right.
Or... on the Viewings step of Advert builder, click Add a batch of viewings.
Either of these methods will launch a pop-up for you to add a new block. Select your date, time and number of slots, just like when you set up the first viewings before publishing. Click Next and add the details of who will be conducting the viewing. When you click Save your new batch will be immediately available for anyone to book on to.
To extend an existing block, select the same date and choose a different start time. If the start time for the new block is earlier, make sure the number of slots you add doesn't extend into the pre-existing block, or you'll end up with overlapping timeslots.
Once your new block is set up, anyone that enquired previously when there were no slots available will automatically receive an email inviting them to book onto the new block.
